We are looking for an additional licensed master's level clinician (LMFT, LCSW, LPC) to provide counseling in a private practice office setting. This position has flexible hours with the ability to create your own schedule and maintain your desired caseload ranging from 8-30 clients weekly at our Cromwell location for both in-person and telehealth sessions.

Responsibilities include:

Provide culturally sensitive, trauma-informed counseling to children and adolescents, families, and/or couples with a variety of presenting problems. The clinician is responsible for scheduling clients, keeping appropriate documentation for sessions, creating and implementing treatment plans, and providing evidence-based clinical interventions. Enjoy the private practice feel without the worries and hassle of credentialing, billing, paying rent, furnishing, marketing and generating referrals, etc. If you are committed to growing and learning as a therapist, have a desire to practice independently but want the support of a team as well as a great way to supplement your income, then send your resume over! This is a 1099 contracted position. Payment is based on a percentage of each session and incentives are built into the payment structure.
