Stretch Therapist

Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to understand individual needs, limitations, and goals Develop tailored stretching programs that incorporate techniques such as deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy Perform safe and effective assisted stretching sessions to improve flexibility and reduce muscle tightness Educate clients on proper stretching routines and self-care practices to promote long-term wellness Monitor patient progress throughout treatment sessions and adjust techniques accordingly Maintain detailed records of patient evaluations, treatment plans, and session notes using appropriate medical terminology Ensure a welcoming environment by providing excellent customer service and addressing client questions or concerns promptly Experience Prior experience in patient service or healthcare settings, preferably within a med spa or occupational health environment Knowledge of human physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology related to musculoskeletal health Hands-on experience with deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and pain management techniques Familiarity with patient assessment procedures and developing personalized treatment plans Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with diverse clients Previous work in spa settings is highly desirable Demonstrated commitment to promoting client safety, comfort, and overall well-being Join us to help transform lives through expert stretching therapy!
