Join our team:
Fast Break, our Community Mental Health Clinic, is focused on providing equity and social justice in mental health. We are looking to hire a bilingual fee-for-service therapist to join our growing East Harlem team. This is an excellent opportunity for creative and motivated therapists who are passionate about working with children and families to gain experience and develop deeper clinical skills. LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LCAT
Able to work from 2:30-7 Some experience working with children / families Responsive and effective communicator Fluency in Spanish required What you'll be doing as a fee-for-service therapist : Minimum load of 10 cases Provide psychotherapy and play/creative arts therapy Collateral work with caregivers to support treatment plan goals and parenting Maintain accurate client charts which include documentation of sessions and timely formulation of treatment plans The perks of being a fee-for-service therapist at

Rates offered are per session, not hour! Hybrid schedule; combination of remote and in-office sessions with flexibility in scheduling Steady stream of clients and a great way to supplement your income No on-call duties We oversee billing, provide EHR system and Zoom Health License Training Opportunities Great team and supportive environment Work closely with psychiatric staff and other therapists Salary / Compensation Competitive rates $60 - $70 per session (not hour!) Add on rates for in-person, in-office sessions Add on rates for evaluations and or sessions conducted in another language. ABC is an equal opportunity employer (EOE).
