This position focuses on the wellness side of our practice and not chiropractic treatments or SoftWave services.

Services:

Red Light Therapy Bed, Hydrogen Therapy, PEMF Therapy, Contrast Therapy (Cold Plunge & Sauna), Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy, HOCATT Therapy, Flowpresso Therapy, and wellness products and nutritional supplements. Hiring Timeline Interviews will be conducted throughout June 2026. The selected candidate is expected to begin employment in mid-July 2026 to complete onboarding and training before our August 2026 opening. What You'll Do Welcome clients and create an exceptional wellness experience Assist clients with wellness therapies and equipment Prepare, clean, sanitize, and reset therapy rooms Answer phones and schedule appointments Check clients in and out and maintain records Educate clients on wellness products and nutritional supplements Support supplement and product sales through service-focused recommendations Promote office events, workshops, and wellness programs Support outreach and marketing initiatives Assist with daily operations and help improve systems as the business grows What We're Looking For Excellent customer service and communication skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated Comfortable learning wellness technologies Adaptable and excited to grow with a new business A heart for serving others and creating meaningful client experiences Compensation & Benefits Starting pay: $18.00 per hour with advancement opportunities based on performance and business growth Full-time hourly position (starting at about 32 hours per week) Paid training Positive, supportive, mission-driven work environment Full access to all wellness services offered by Higher Healing Higher Healing does not currently offer health insurance benefits.
