Fully equipped treatment rooms, linens, and supplies Laundry, cleaning, and room turnover support Booking, front desk coordination, and payment processing Marketing and client acquisition A steady, wellness-focused client base All utilities and operational overhead All equipment, tools, and supplies provided for you What you'll be doing: Creating thoughtful, individualized treatment plans based on each client's needs Delivering acupuncture treatments with precision, intention, and care Maintaining clear, accurate documentation for each session Educating clients on their treatment plan and supporting their long-term wellness Collaborating with a team of like-minded practitioners when appropriate Upholding the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and professionalism What we're looking for: Licensed Acupuncturist in the state of Virginia Strong clinical understanding of anatomy, physiology, and Traditional Chinese Medicine principles Experience in a wellness or integrative setting (preferred) A grounded, compassionate presence with excellent communication skills Someone who is self-led, organized, and takes pride in their work Someone is who is a team player, and works well in a collaborative space of healers A genuine passion for holistic, whole-body care Experience with adjunct therapies like cupping, gua sha, moxibustion, and trigger point work is highly valued.

Compensation & Perks:

This is a commission-based position with earnings tied to services performed. You'll only work when you're booked, with tips included.
