Come join the Surgical Services team at Mercy Medical Center, part of Trinity Health Of New England! We are a member of the nationwide Trinity Health family, bringing compassionate care to our communities. Position Purpose The Anesthesia Equipment Aide expected to adhere to established procedures. Perform a variety of duties necessary to maintain and prepare anesthesia equipment and supplies utilized by the Department of Anesthesia at MMC and FLC. What you will do Monitors inventory levels, orders and restocks supplies as necessary. Maintains quality control data related to recording of items cleaned, supplies used, as well as broken and damaged items. Provides patient-centered experiences through scholarly scientific inquiry, compassion for the human spirit and mind, advocacy and education for the patient and families, and collaboration with all those who touch our patients. Uses critical thinking skills to resolve complex procedural situations & have the ability to handle emergency high stress situations during high-risk procedures.
Minimum Qualifications Education:
Highschool Diploma or Equivalent required. Basic understanding of medical terminology. One-year diverse experience in Acute Care setting. Position Highlights and Benefits Full-Time, 40 Hours- Day Shift Health Insurance Coverage _

Flexible Schedule Pay Range:
$18.00 - $26.10/hr Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates.
