  • Job Summary and Qualifications
  • As an Anesthesia Technician, you will work closely with the anesthesia team and surgical staff to help every procedure go safely and smoothly. You will play a key role in keeping equipment ready, supporting patient care, and helping create a safe, comfortable environment throughout the surgical journey.
  • Your responsibilities will include
  • : + Preparing and organizing anesthesia equipment and supplies by reviewing surgery schedules and planning for what the team will need + Setting up, transporting, and maintaining anesthesia carts and equipment to keep all supplies clean and ready for safe use + Helping patients by assisting with transfers, positioning, preparation, and applying non-invasive monitoring devices + Acting quickly and confidently if an emergency happens + Keeping the environment clean and safe by following infection prevention and safety practices + Speaking openly with patients, families, and your team, always protecting patient privacy and advocating for patient rights •What qualifications you will need:•Experience + One year experience in operating room as a Patient Care Technician- required + One year experience as an Anesthesia Technician-preferred + Experience with arterial and central lines-preferred Education + High School Graduate / GED Licenses and Certifications + Basic Cardiac Life Support as per St.
