Duties:
```- Provide therapy services to individuals with mental health and behavioral issues
- Conduct group therapy sessions to promote social skills and communication
- Implement crisis management techniques when necessary to ensure the safety of clients
- Collaborate with other professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case notes and documentation
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain client confidentiality
- Utilize art therapy techniques to facilitate self-expression and emotional healing ```
Qualifications:
```- Master's degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, counseling)
- Degreed in Counseling or Social Work field
- Experience working with individuals with individuals with severe mental health challenges
- Knowledge of medical terminology and understanding of the healthcare system
- Strong case management skills, including assessment, planning, and coordination of services
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain client confidentiality
- Experience in art therapy or other creative therapeutic modalities is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
