What You'll Do:

Our activity therapists make a difference in the lives of our patients. Our dedicated professionals work tirelessly to create an environment that fosters healing, growth, and long-term wellness. Incumbent will provide therapeutic recreational, art or music therapy services to our adult, adolescent, or child patients; develops and implements adjunctive therapy treatment plans in concert with the interdisciplinary treatment team as well as demonstrates sound application of recreation, music, or art theory and methodology. Requirements License/Certification:

CTRS, RTC, ATR, or CBMT (Required) Current BLS for healthcare provider card upon hire (Required)

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Certification or registration required , e.g. recreational therapy, music therapy, art therapy, CTRS, RTC, ATR, or CBMT)
• 2 years or more experience in a healthcare field; inpatient psychiatric experience preferred
• Excellent communication, assessment, evaluation, and interpretation skills
• Knowledge of psychiatric and addictive disease diagnoses and treatment
• Flexibility, teaching or training skills helpful; understanding of
