We are a premier clinical institute specializing in the treatment of complex mental health issues, including eating disorders, addiction, sexual compulsivity, and trauma. Our multidisciplinary team is committed to providing evidence-based, compassionate care to individuals seeking healing and recovery. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Therapist to join our team of experts in our partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient setting focused on highly targeted groups in a therapeutic onsite setting. You will guide our clients through their transformative healing journeys. Position Overview :
The Therapist position will play a critical role in providing comprehensive, individualized therapeutic interventions for patients facing mental health challenges, eating disorders, addiction, and sexual compulsivity. As part of a collaborative, interdisciplinary team, you will be responsible for leading individual therapy sessions, overseeing treatment planning, providing/receiving 3 plus hours of clinical supervision weekly, and working closely with both the client and their families to foster long-term recovery and personal growth. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with a team of experienced professionals and receive ongoing supervision and training in a dynamic and specialized treatment environment. Key Responsibilities :
Provide individual psychotherapy 3 x a week, with a caseload of 4 clients, group leadership, and family therapy, using evidence-based approaches tailored to the needs of each patient. Specialize in trauma-informed treatment, with a deep understanding of the intersection of eating disorders, addiction, sexual compulsivity, and mental health. Participate in treatment planning and ensure all aspects of patient care are being addressed in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team. Engage in ongoing assessment and evaluation of patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary. Work closely with patients to address the root causes of their challenges, while supporting them through the healing process. Maintain comprehensive documentation in accordance with regulatory and ethical standards. Actively participate in case consultations and provide insights into the most effective treatment strategies. Qualifications :
Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field. Licensed as an LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or equivalent, with current state licensure with the BBS. Experience in clinical therapy, with a focus on mental health, eating disorders, addiction, sexual compulsivity, and trauma. Specialized training or certifications in trauma therapy, eating disorders, addiction treatment, or other relevant areas. Strong leadership experience, with the ability to manage complex clinical cases. Ability to create a safe, empathetic, and effective therapeutic environment for patients.
