Shift:

Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm About Us PeachTree Health Group helps individuals with brain injuries rebuild confidence, independence, and skills through personalized programs and therapeutic activities. Key Responsibilities Plan, lead, and facilitate structured therapeutic groups (arts & crafts, recreation, games, music, drama, sports, community outings, etc.). Encourage participants to build social skills, confidence, and independence through meaningful activities. Document progress with tally sheets, service notes, and reports for review by licensed practitioners. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to maximize participation and outcomes. Update and maintain curriculum binders, resident behavior guides, and quarterly reports. Provide flexibility to meet the individualized needs of program participants. Support a positive, safe, and engaging environment that promotes functional skills and growth. Transport participants to and from community outings as needed. Perform other duties as assigned to support therapeutic programming. What We're Looking For Bachelor's in Psychology, Social Work, Teaching, or related field required Experience with clinical notes or TBI/ABI population a plus Creative, adaptable, and team-oriented
