We are seeking a passionate and experienced Licensed Therapist to lead our Drug and Alcohol Rehabilitation Center.
Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Licensed Therapist to lead our Drug and Alcohol Rehabilitation Center. Therapist will work with individuals, couples, and families to provide therapy sessions that promote mental and emotional well-being.
Responsibilities:
Conduct individual and group therapy sessions with clients Develop individualized treatment plans based on client needs and goals Provide guidance and support to clients as they work through mental and emotional challenges Maintain accurate records of client progress and treatment plans Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care for clients Stay up-to-date on the latest therapy techniques and best practices Adhere to ethical and legal standards of practice
Qualifications:
- Preferred - Master's degree in Counseling or Social Work Licensed or certified therapist with experience working with diverse populations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build rapport and trust with clients Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Knowledge of various therapy modalities and techniques Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development and training Why Join Us?
