We empower individuals to achieve wellness and recovery through outpatient counseling, family support, and community-based care. Position Summary Right Step Youth & Family Services is seeking a Part-Time Fully Licensed Art Therapist to join our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) . The therapist will facilitate group therapy sessions and complete clinical documentation, including biopsychosocial assessments , treatment and crisis plans , and prior authorization requests . This position is ideal for a clinician who values a supportive, team-oriented environment and flexible scheduling. Responsibilities Provide group art therapy sessions to clients in the IOP program. Complete biopsychosocial assessments, treatment plans, and crisis plans. Sign off on service orders and complete documentation for prior authorization requests. Maintain accurate clinical records and progress notes in compliance with program and payer standards. Collaborate with clients, families, and other providers to promote wellness and recovery. Participate in staff meetings and trainings as required. Respond to client crises and provide clinical interventions or referrals as needed. Qualifications Master's Degree & Full Licensure in Art Therapy Active Kentucky license Minimum one year of experience providing therapy or counseling preferred. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a clinical team. Must pass background checks including the Kentucky Health Care Personnel Registry, Central Registry, and Criminal Record Check .
