$35.00-$45.00 per hour Job Summary The New Path Counseling LLC is seeking independently licensed outpatient therapists to provide individual, couples, and family therapy. This role is in-office and serves clients in Massachusetts and Connecticut. Therapists will deliver clinical services with administrative and training support provided by the organization. Responsibilities Provide outpatient psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families Maintain a minimum of 15 billable sessions per week Use a HIPAA-compliant platform for documentation and communication Complete clinical documentation accurately and on time Participate in required training and follow organizational procedures Adhere to all ethical, legal, and professional guidelines Required Qualifications Active independent license in

MA or CT:

MSW, LMSW, LCSW, LICSW, LMHC.
