Teamwork DSM-5 Intake Care documentation Master's degree Full Job Description Small, close-knit adult IOP/PHP facility in Newton, MA. Quality care and teamwork come first. Responsibilities Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Provide individual, group, and family psychotherapy Deliver crisis intervention and de-escalation support Manage caseload from intake through discharge Collaborate with multidisciplinary team and connect clients to community resources Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation Qualifications Master's degree in a behavioral health-related field Active licensure required (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or equivalent) 2+ years of clinical experience DSM knowledge and strong documentation skills Partial care or IOP/PHP experience preferred
