Do you love working with children or teens, believe healing can happen through connection, creativity, play, safety, humor, and trust — and want to grow in a private practice that actually feels human? Growing Together Therapy is looking for an LLPC who wants to build their clinical home while working with children, teens, and families in a warm, cozy, trauma-informed private practice setting. We are not looking for someone who wants to sit behind a clipboard and ask, "How did that make you feel?" for 50 minutes. We are looking for someone who can sit on the floor, tolerate slime, talk about Taylor Swift or Minecraft, help a teen untangle anxiety, support parents with compassion, and understand that child therapy is both deeply meaningful and sometimes absolutely ridiculous in the best way. About Growing Together Therapy Growing Together Therapy is a child, teen, and family-focused private practice located in Auburn Hills, Michigan . Our space is designed to feel calming, cozy, welcoming, and safe — not cold, clinical, or intimidating. We believe therapy should feel approachable for families and emotionally safe for children and teens. Our practice values trauma-informed care, clinical integrity, creativity, collaboration, and doing meaningful work without losing yourself in the process. Who We're Looking For We are looking for an LLPC who: Wants to work with children, teens, and families Is warm, relational, teachable, and clinically curious Is interested in trauma-informed care, play therapy, expressive interventions, anxiety, emotional regulation, family dynamics, or attachment work Can communicate professionally with parents while maintaining appropriate clinical boundaries Is comfortable learning how to document ethically and clinically Wants to grow, ask questions, consult, and become a stronger therapist Does not need to know everything, but is willing to learn Experience with children or teens is preferred, but passion, humility, and a strong willingness to grow matter a lot here.
