Job Description

Quality Care Solutions, Inc. has been providing innovative, evidenced-based mental health treatment to youth individuals, their parents and families in our community. Wonderful work and team environment. We are currently seeking a Licensed Therapist to JOIN our team as an Intensive In-Home - Team Lead in the Burlington, NC office. Yes, TEAM LEAD! Strong candidates will be the Team Lead and Supervisor of 2-3 staff working on their team. The IIH services provided are flexible in person services with youth and their family. This is not a remote position. If you have previous experience providing Intensive In-Home Services or have past work experience with the youth popultion and you are a Licecsed Therapist we want to talk to you! Quality Care Solutions provides Intensive In-home to youth and there families in the Burlingotn and and surrounding areas. Strong candidates will be able to be flexible and deliver services in surrounding community areas. This position is not remote, it is an in person required scheduled and team coordinated visits with youth clients and thier families. Daily Responsibilities of the
Intensive, In-Home Licensed Therapist:
Conducts ongoing evaluation, assessment, counseling, and treatment to children/families in need of services. Work closely with the person-served physician, other clinical staff, and community agencies. The Licensed In-Home Therapist applies principles of Evidence Based Practice to all services provided and ensures team members maintain fidelity to the treatment model. Conducts weekly meetings with the Intensive In Home team to provide supervision, monitor implementation of the Person Centered Plan, manage productivity, and monitor the overall performance of the team. The Licensed Therapist will also lead the team and ensure that the team is made of employees who meet the requirements as set forth in the service definition. Monitors the team to family ratio to ensure compliance with Medicaid service definition requirements. The Licensed Therapist/team lead will reviews documentation of team members and ensure all notes are submitted within a timely manner, meet Medicaid requirements, and address the goals as written in the Person Centered Plan. Ensures notes are reviewed and approved in a timely manner. The Licensed In-Home Therapist will provide assistance with rehabilitation, crisis management, as well as individual therapy and individual counseling. Qualifications of the
Intensive, In-Home Licensed Therapist:
LCSW, LCSWA, LCMHC, LCMHCA, LMFT, or LMFTA Must be licensed in the state of North Carolina Previous IIH Team Experience, or MH Youth population previous experience

$45.00 - $55.00 per hour
