Job Description

Are you tired of sitting through prioductivity meetings? Would you like to be able to manage your own scheudle and time while seeing patients that fit your area of expertise? If so, VBHS is for you. Our group of clinicans work as little or as much as they would like. As a CCC and rural site, we have enhanced rates that afford us the ability to pay our clinical staff a higher rate! Provide individual, group, family and marriage/couples counseling sessions as documented in individuals' person-centered-plans Completion of clinically appropriate assessments, person-centered planning, and therapeutic interventions for all individuals served Completion and maintenance of admission documentation, NCTOPPS, Treatment Authorization Requests (TARS), other relevant documentation for all individuals served and appropriate referral feedback information in a timely manner Maintaining clinically appropriate documentation on all services provided in a timely manner Ensure that clinically appropriate services are delivered to eligible recipients within the service definition (right person, right treatment, right intensity, frequency, and duration) Coordinate care with the quality assurance and quality improvement functions of the agency Participating in the Quality Assurance Process and serving on QA committee(s) as directed by the Clinical Director Developing and fostering community liaison/collaborative relationships to develop a network of resources (DSS, Probation/Parole, Public Health, School, etc.) Providing informational and other community presentations relative to the agency and its services as requested Serve on a rotating basis as the after•hours crisis clinician Provide weekly Open Access (Intake) Service
