Credentials:
LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LSW, LAC, or LAMFT At Holistik Therapy, our Intensive In-Community (IIC) Clinicians do more than provide therapy—they step into a child's world. Working directly in homes, schools, and communities, IIC clinicians support children, adolescents, and families through emotional, behavioral, and life challenges using a strengths-based, relationship-centered approach. Services are designed to meet families where they are, helping youth build resilience, improve functioning, and navigate everyday challenges with confidence. We are seeking compassionate clinicians who value authentic connection, believe behavior is communication, and are committed to creating meaningful change in the lives of children and families.
Responsibilities:
Provide individual and family-focused therapeutic services in home and community settings Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Collaborate with caregivers, schools, and community providers Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation Participate in clinical supervision and professional development opportunities
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field Active New Jersey license: LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LSW, LAC, or LAMFT Experience working with children, adolescents, and families preferred Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within assigned service areas Ideal for clinicians who believe that healing happens through connection, collaboration, and meeting families where they are.
Pay:
$50.00 - $100.00 per hour
