Join Our Motivated, Compassionate, and Client-Centered Team! Be paid for self-care weekly! Full-time employees work 36 hours but are paid for 40, with 10% of hours set aside for self-care. We also offer complimentary weekly yoga on the clock. About Us The Life Link is a nonprofit agency in Santa Fe helping hungry, homeless, and displaced individuals and families achieve self-sufficiency through housing, employment, and supportive services. The Opportunity:
Outpatient Therapist Outpatient therapists provide therapy to individuals with severe and persistent mental illness, survivors of trauma, and those with substance use and co-occurring diagnoses. No on-call or after-hours crisis response Flexibility to facilitate groups, complete assessments, provide individual counseling, and conduct treat first screenings On-site individual supervision with credentialed supervisor plus weekly group supervision
Requirements Education:
Master's Degree in counseling or related field
Licensure:
LPCC, LPC, LCSW, LMSW, or LMHC Experience:
Minimum 1 year of clinical experience with severe mental illness, trauma, substance use, and co-occurring diagnoses
Skills:
Clinical treatment competency (DSM-5 knowledge required) Familiarity with CBT, Motivational Interviewing, CRA and other best practices Strong communication (written, verbal, and interpersonal) skills Sensitivity to trauma, gender, and cultural factors Word processing and internet skills
Pay:
$65,000.00 - $72,500.00 per year
