Eastway Behavioral Healthcare is the largest, private, not-for-profit provider of mental health, substance abuse, housing, residential, employment and educational services in the Miami Valley. We believe in providing a holistic approach to help each person address, one by one, their needs and challenges. We are currently hiring a Therapist to provide psychiatric services to adolescents and would love to have you join our team!
Program Overview:
The Outreach Therapist will be based in a public-school serving kids grades K through 8th.
Requirements:
Knowledge of, and experience with mental health treatment (required) and substance abuse treatment (preferred). Knowledge of and experience working with adolescents with behavioral problems. Will work as a group and individual therapist.
Job duties:
The Outreach Therapist will provide quality, effective, and efficient clinical services to adolescents with mental health (with or without co-morbid substance abuse) disorders and their families. To serve as the primary provider of services for a designated caseload of adolescents and their families.
Certification Requirements:
LSW, LISW, LPC, LPCC, MFT
licensure
Education Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree Full-time, Monday through Friday position based primarily during the school year with 12 days required over summer break.
