Our programs support adolescents and adults through structured outpatient and intensive outpatient treatment delivered both virtually and in-person. About the Role We are hiring a Full-Time PHP Therapist for our Adolescent Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) in Toledo, OH . This is a weekday-only, salaried position working in a structured, collaborative clinical environment. Responsibilities Lead group therapy sessions for adolescents Provide individual therapy as clinically indicated Conduct clinical assessments and treatment planning Participate in and facilitate family sessions and coordination Maintain timely, compliant clinical documentation Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, and multidisciplinary team members Qualifications Active Ohio license required :

LSW / LISW LPC / LPCC

Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field Experience working with adolescents required

PHP / IOP

/ inpatient experience preferred Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills What We Offer Competitive salary: $61,000
