Approximately 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM, 2-3 evenings per weekCompensation:
Competitive hourly rate (based on experience and credentials) About Us High Focus Centers is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Outpatient Therapist to join our clinical team. With a strong reputation for delivering exceptional outpatient care, High Focus Centers specializes in treating mental health, substance use, and co-occurring disorders for both adolescents and adults. Position Overview The Part-Time Outpatient Therapist is responsible for providing individual therapy, facilitating group sessions, and conducting Level of Care Assessments (LOCAs). This position involves working with both adult and adolescent clients in an outpatient setting, focusing on individualized, goal-oriented treatment and a positive therapeutic experience. Responsibilities Provide individual therapy to a small caseload of clients (adolescents and adults). Facilitate group therapy sessions as part of the outpatient program schedule. Conduct Level of Care Assessments (LOCAs) and document clinical findings in accordance with program standards. Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and families. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with licensing and program requirements. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary treatment team to ensure coordinated, high-quality care. Participate in clinical supervision, case discussions, and training as scheduled.Qualifications Education:
Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, nursing (with a clinical specialty in human services), or a related field, with completion of a clinical internship.Experience:
Prior experience providing therapy to adolescents and/or adults in a behavioral healthcare setting preferred. Familiarity with LOCAs , treatment planning, and progress documentation. Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills. Commitment to ethical practice and a collaborative, team-based approach to care.Pyramid CORE Values:
