Full-Time W-2 Therapist — Hybrid In-Person / Virtual Position Sentient Path PLLC | Flower Mound, Texas Sentient Path PLLC is growing and seeking a full-time W-2 therapist to join our team in a hybrid in-person and virtual role near Flower Mound, Texas. We are a woman-owned mental health group practice serving individuals, teens, and families across Texas. Position Overview This is a full-time clinical position for a therapist who is interested in building a steady caseload within a supportive group practice environment. The role includes a mix of: In-person sessions at our Flower Mound office Telehealth sessions for clients across Texas Individual therapy with children, teens, adults, and geriatric populations, depending on clinical fit Collaboration with a growing clinical team Timely documentation and ethical clinical care Schedule Expectations This position requires availability for: A full-time caseload Hybrid in-person and virtual work Evening availability One weekend day Consistent weekly availability to support client access and retention Priority schedule need: Friday through Tuesday, including evenings and weekends. Compensation This position is a Full-Time W-2 employee role . For clinicians working the priority schedule of Friday through Tuesday, including evenings and weekends , compensation is offered at a flat rate of $70 per completed session . Additional compensation details may be discussed based on licensure, experience, clinical fit, and caseload expectations.
