Job Description

We are seeking outpatient therapists to join our growing practice. While clinicians are welcome to work with a variety of populations and determine a caseload that feels sustainable for them, many of our referrals are school-aged children and adolescents. As a result, we are particularly interested in therapists who enjoy working with youth and have some after-school or evening availability. Hybrid opportunities are available We're a creative, anti-oppressive therapy practice where lived experience is valued alongside clinical training. We believe healing happens through authentic human connection, and we're looking for clinicians who are committed to culturally responsive, trauma-informed care and bringing their full selves to the work. Our work is grounded in trauma-informed, identity-affirming, neurodiversity-affirming, and anti-oppressive care, with a strong belief in healing through relationship, creativity, and connection to the natural world. We are especially interested in clinicians with after-school availability who are excited to support young people and families . Primary Responsibilities Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Provide individual and group therapy using evidence-based, developmentally appropriate approaches Integrate nature-based, play, animal-assisted, and horticulture-informed interventions Support emotional regulation, resilience, and relational functioning Collaborate with caregivers, educators, and interdisciplinary team members Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards Ideal Candidate Experience working with children and teens (strong preference) Strong preference for those who already have a NC tracks account After-school availability (late afternoons/early evenings) Trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming, and culturally responsive approach Interest in creative, experiential, and nature-based modalities Compensation 65% fee split, dependent on schedule availability and caseload commitment Re-evaluation after 6 months with opportunity for a higher split
