The Outpatient Therapist provides outpatient therapy and related clinical services to adolescent and adult clients.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Assess or provide therapy, counseling, intervention, and education to clients in a professional manner. Complete timely and accurate documentation that meets audited requirements. Assure continuous reimbursable sessions for assigned clients. Provide a comprehensive range of services to patients, including assessment and treatment Perform assessments on all clients' conditions as well as provide information regarding their progress toward goals and objectives. Provide therapy interventions that are consistent with established standards of practice. Implement and maintain the company's philosophy, principles, and procedures in all facets of performance. Provide services and conduct consistent with the professional Code of Ethics.
Requirements:
Must be an LPC or a Resident in Counseling Planning and time management and strong organizational skills. Strong computer skills for documentation purposes. Ability to maintain confidential information within HIPAA guidelines. Ability to work independently without supervision Must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Supervision is also available.
