This role integrates clinical mental health practice with creative modalities to promote healing, self-expression, and recovery. The ideal candidate brings both clinical expertise and a genuine passion for the arts as a vehicle for transformation.
Responsibilities:
Plan, facilitate, and evaluate individual and group therapeutic creative arts sessions within the Creative Pathways Program Utilize multiple creative modalities to meet diverse client needs and treatment goals Create a trauma-informed, culturally affirming environment for all participants Contribute to the ongoing development, evaluation, and growth of the
Creative Pathways Program Qualifications:
Master's degree in Art Therapy, Music Therapy, Drama Therapy, Dance/Movement Therapy, or a closely related clinical mental health field Board certification or eligibility through the relevant credentialing body (ATR/ATR-BC, MT-BC, RDT, ADTR, or equivalent) Active or eligible state licensure as a mental health professional (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent) Minimum 1-2 years of clinical experience in a mental health, behavioral health, or social services setting Pay Pay range is $40-$50/hr depending on experience and qualifications.
