Job Description
Dr. Chanda Reynolds, LLC is seeking a culturally competent Licensed Therapist to join a growing mental health practice serving adolescents and adults. We are especially interested in clinicians licensed in both Washington, DC and Maryland. This role is ideal for a therapist who is passionate about working with Black and Brown communities and values culturally responsive, client-centered care. Services are primarily delivered via telehealth, with opportunities to facilitate both individual and group therapy as the practice expands. Responsibilities Provide individual therapy to adolescents and/or adults via telehealth Facilitate group therapy sessions (virtual and/or in-person as applicable) Conduct intake assessments and develop treatment plans Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation Utilize evidence-based approaches such as CBT, trauma-informed care, or similar modalities Support clients in managing anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relational challenges Qualifications Active license (LCSW, LPC, LCPC, or equivalent) in DC and/or Maryland Preference for clinicians licensed in both DC and Maryland Experience providing individual and/or group therapy Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently Commitment to culturally responsive care
