Sophros Recovery is a PHP/IOP treatment center in North Florida, and we are adding to our team North Florida to deliver the highest level of care and best clinical outcomes for our clients. Our founder/executive director is a serial CEO (in recovery himself), and he is focused on building a program to set the conditions for success for each of our patients. philosophy is not one-size-fits-all, but rather a combination of the best evidence based practices from CBT/DBT, as well as mindfulness and hands-on case management. We will support 12-step, SMART, and other meetings, but we are not focused on any one group/approach. POSITION DESCRIPTION

This position is responsible for the delivery of clinical treatment to our adult clients. This includes facilitating group therapy sessions, individual and family sessions, bio psychosocial assessments, individual case management services, and high-quality session notes in a timely and precise manner. Significant interpersonal skills and creativity are necessary in order that clients are successfully engaged, motivated and supported in their efforts to achieve treatment plan objectives. Services to be provided using the client centered recovery-oriented model of care. Our clinical director has built a wonderful program, but we also want to evolve and improve. Your input on the treatment program is valued at Sophros. As a senior therapist, you will also be responsible for an additional task, like managing our interns, building out parts of the curriculum, or mentorship for therapists.

EDUCATION

: Master's degree in counseling, social work, or a related field

EXPERIENCE

3+ years experience in the field of Substance Abuse and/or Mental Health (preferred)

QUALIFICATIONS

: MS, LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, Psy

D, CAP, MCAP

(license preferred) Organizational and administrative skills Able to communicate effectively (both written and oral skills) Ability to work independently Ability to work under pressure Two years Sobriety prior to application (if applicable)' '
