This is a fully remote, full‑time W‑2 role where clinicians provide therapy services while HLN manages scheduling, administrative support, and technology. If you do not currently hold an Arkansas license, HealthLinkNow will cover the cost of obtaining the Arkansas license upon hire with a will employed with HealthLinkNow. About the Position Therapists provide remote behavioral health care supporting multiple facilities within the UHS network. Clinicians may work with both inpatient and outpatient populations while collaborating with facility care teams. All therapy sessions and services are delivered through HLN's secure telehealth platform. Clinical Responsibilities Individual therapy sessions Group therapy facilitation Behavioral health assessments Treatment planning Clinical documentation Collaboration with multidisciplinary care teams Schedule Full‑Time (40 hours per week) Monday - Friday | 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Central Time Technology & Equipment HealthLinkNow provides the hardware required to deliver telehealth services.
