Saturday & Sunday Availability Required Social Sparks is seeking a licensed clinician (LICSW or LMHC) to provide group and individual therapy services particularly on Saturdays but Sundays are also available . This role is designed to support busy professionals and parents who need access to care outside of the traditional workweek. This is a great opportunity for clinicians looking for flexible, weekend-focused work in a supportive and collaborative private practice. Position Highlights Individual therapy (in-person and/or virtual) Weekend caseload (Saturday and Sunday availability required) Optional clinical supervision opportunities Work with children and adults with a range of diagnoses, including Anxiety, ADHD, Autism, Depression, OCD, and PTSD Compensation & Perks Percentage-based position - 60% split (for independently licensed) Choose your own hours within weekend availability Supportive, team-oriented culture Beautiful, welcoming office space Opportunities for growth as the practice expands ✨ Spanish-speaking clinicians are encouraged to apply Ideal Candidate This role is ideal for a clinician who: Enjoys weekend work and values schedule flexibility Wants to make care accessible for clients who can't attend weekday sessions Practices client-centered, evidence-based therapy Is seeking a positive, collaborative practice environment Qualifications Active Rhode Island license: LICSW or LMHC (LCSW and LMHC-A also will be considered!)
