We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Athletic Trainer to support workplace injury prevention and employee wellness.
Schedule & Compensation Schedule:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 7am -3pm (Hours may Vary) Weekends (Flexible to work weekends)
Pay Range:
$34 - $39 per hour What You'll Do As an Athletic Trainer at CAREonsite, you'll play a critical role in keeping employees safe, healthy, and productive. You'll focus on proactive injury prevention, early intervention, and wellness education—helping create a healthier workplace culture.
Your impact goes beyond treatment:
you'll help employees move better, feel better, and stay on the job. Key Responsibilities Injury Prevention & Management Implement CAREonsite injury prevention programs in partnership with the client to drive strong participation and outcomes. Ergonomic Assessments Conduct ergonomic evaluations and provide actionable recommendations to the Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) team. Employee Education Lead targeted training and education initiatives focused on injury prevention, well-being, and workplace safety. Health & Wellness Promotion Support and enhance employer wellness initiatives, encouraging healthier habits at work and at home. First Aid Injury Care Provide first-aid-level care for workplace injuries in accordance with OSHA guidelines. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with EHS, Human Resources, and site leadership to embed prevention and wellness into the company culture.
