We are seeking a Certified Athletic Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate is energetic, professional, and passionate about teaching, coaching and working directly with people to provide comprehensive care for pain and injuries. Experience in personal training is a plus. An Athletic Trainer at Effective Fitness will focus on supporting our members with prevention, diagnosis, immediate care, treatment and rehabilitation to help them safely return to full daily activities.Key Responsibilities:
Provide athletic training services and treatments in a community-based gym setting Assess movement, prevent injury, and support safe return to activity Coach and educate clients on proper movement and exercise techniques Collaborate with coaches and other staff to support member success Maintain accurate documentation and follow professional standards Create a positive, motivating, and safe training environmentQualifications:
Certified Athletic Trainer (BOC certification required) Minimum of 2 years of professional experience High energy with strong interpersonal and coaching skills Professional demeanor with strong attention to detail Excellent organizational and time-management skills Compassionate, knowledgeable, and reliable team playerWhat We Value:
