About the Role We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Physical Therapist with a strong background in strength and conditioning to join our team. This role is ideal for a clinician who is passionate about bridging rehabilitation and performance, helping patients and athletes safely return to high-level function through evidence-based treatment and progressive strength training. What You'll Do Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and sports-related conditions Design and implement individualized rehabilitation and strength-based programs Integrate progressive resistance training, movement analysis, and performance principles into treatment plans Collaborate with physicians, athletic trainers, and other clinical staff to optimize patient outcomes Educate patients on injury prevention, proper movement mechanics, and long-term strength strategies The ideal candidate will be given the opportunity to work with athletes in the training rooms of our affiliated colleges, integrating rehabilitation and performance-based care What We're Looking For Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program Strong background in strength training and performance-based rehabilitation Strength & Conditioning certification preferred (CSCS, or equivalent) Experience working with athletes and active populations is a plus Excellent communication skills and patient-centered mindset What We Offer Sign-On Bonus Collaborative and friendly work environment Full coverage for Employee PPO Medical insurance 401k and Profit-Sharing Program Paid Vacation, Floating Holidays, Regular Holidays, Sick Time Employee Discount Programs Internal Mobility The pay range for this role is: 95,000 - 110,000 USD per year(Redwood PT and Clinic)
