The Logo is Sarasota's premier basketball shooting and player development facility featuring multiple Dr. Dish shooting machines, year-round training programs, memberships, camps, clinics, and elite player development opportunities. We are seeking an experienced and energetic Lead Basketball Skills Trainer to become a cornerstone of our growing organization. This is not a typical coaching position. We are looking for a long-term coaching partner who wants to help build one of the top basketball development programs in Florida while earning significant income through a lucrative revenue-sharing model. Responsibilities Lead high-energy basketball skills training sessions Coach athletes ages 7-17 in both group and individual settings Develop structured player development programs Teach shooting, ball handling, footwork, finishing, defense, and basketball IQ Create an engaging, positive, and professional training environment Track athlete progress and provide constructive feedback Assist with camps, clinics, leagues, and special events Represent The Logo with professionalism and integrity at all times Who We're Looking For Previous basketball coaching or training experience required High school, collegiate, or professional playing experience preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Passion for youth development and mentorship High-energy personality with the ability to motivate athletes Reliable, professional, and organized Team-oriented mindset Desire to grow with a long-term organization Exclusive Coaching Partnership The Logo invests heavily in athlete acquisition, marketing, facility expenses, equipment, programming, and operational support. As a result, we are seeking a coach who is committed to building their training career within The Logo ecosystem. This role is intended for a trainer seeking a long-term home rather than operating competing basketball programs, recruiting athletes for outside training opportunities, or coaching at competing basketball development facilities. We are looking for a true partner who wants to help build something special while sharing in its success.
