Sign-On Bonus:
$5,000 Position Overview We are seeking a Certified Athletic Trainer to support student-athletes at a local high school in the Henry County area. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with athletes across multiple sports programs, providing injury prevention, evaluation, treatment, and rehabilitation services throughout the school year. You'll collaborate with coaches, athletic staff, and healthcare providers to help athletes perform safely and recover effectively. Responsibilities Evaluate, treat, and manage athletic injuries Develop and implement injury prevention programs Provide rehabilitation and return-to-play guidance Cover athletic events and practices as needed Attend home sporting events and selected away varsity football games Maintain accurate medical documentation and treatment records Communicate with coaches, parents, and healthcare professionals regarding athlete care Promote athlete health, safety, and wellness Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Athletic Training or related field BOC Certified Athletic Trainer (required) Active Georgia Athletic Trainer license (required) Current CPR/AED certification 1+ year of athletic training experience preferred Strong clinical assessment and rehabilitation skills Excellent communication and organizational abilities Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Benefits Competitive salary: $57,000 to $80,000 $5,000 sign-on bonus Up to $2,000 annual CEU reimbursement Assistance with select licensure and certification expenses Supportive team environment Opportunity to work closely with student-athletes and athletic programs Apply Today If you're passionate about sports medicine and helping student-athletes stay healthy, we'd love to connect with you. to learn more about this exciting Athletic Trainer opportunity in Henry County, Georgia.
