We are seeking motivated, energetic individuals with a basketball background who are passionate about coaching, mentoring, and helping youth athletes develop their skills both on and off the court.

Responsibilities:

Lead and assist youth basketball training sessions Facilitate park district basketball programs Support and coach youth summer camps Conduct small group and skill development training Teach basketball fundamentals, conditioning, and game development Create a positive, encouraging learning environment Mentor athletes while promoting confidence, discipline, and teamwork Support program growth and community outreach

Qualifications:

Basketball playing, coaching, or training experience preferred Strong communication and leadership skills Passion for youth development Reliable transportation Professional, dependable, and energetic Comfortable working with children of various age groups Willingness to be trained in program methods and curriculum
