Company DescriptionOSR Physical Therapy is a local physical therapist-owned private practice, established in 2005 with six locations in the SW Metro. We provide out-patient physical therapy, athletic training outreach services, wellness plans, etc; to a wide variety of patients!

Job DescriptionOSR Physical Therapy has an immediate opportunity for a strong and enthusiastic Athletic Trainer to join our OSR Team to provide clinical care along with outreach to a local high school! Our staff is not only great at what we do every day, but we also love our profession and enjoy working with our community. Join our team!
Provide athletic training services in an outpatient clinic setting under the direction of a physical therapistSupport patient care through exercise instruction, modality application, and clinical flow coordinationDeliver on-site athletic training coverage for local high school practices, games, and eventsEvaluate and manage acute athletic injuries, including on-field assessment and triageDevelop and implement injury prevention programs for student-athletesCommunicate effectively with coaches, parents, and healthcare providers regarding athlete care and return-to-play decisionsAssist with rehabilitation programs and progression of athletes from injury to full participationMaintain proper documentation in accordance with clinic and regulatory standardsBuild relationships within the community to support athletic programs and outreach initiativesQualifications

NATA-BOC
Certified Athletic TrainerLicensed as an Athletic Trainer in the state of Minnesota or license eligibleAbility to work closely with all clinic staff to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity, and be part of a world-class clinical teamOutgoing and energetic personalityAdditional InformationThe anticipated base pay range for this position is $24.00-$28.00. Pay is based on various factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. Additionally, this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation. The Company's incentive compensation plan is subject to change.
