Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION
The Certified Athletic Trainer will work directly with patients and providers, assist with clinic procedures such as injections and reductions, help cast/splint, and educate patients on injury prevention. Other duties include assessing, treating, and providing rehabilitation for musculoskeletal injuries, assisting patients with durable medical equipment and brace fitting, administering gait training and other therapeutic exercise, and guiding patients through physical exams and post-operative procedures. This position may include providing minimal sideline coverage for local sports teams if needed.
Schedule:
Full-time | 72-80 hours every two weeks | St. Cloud Day shift | 8-hour shifts | 8am-4:30pm or 7:30am-4pm Occasional after-hours sideline coverage for local sports teams and clubs
Pay and Benefits:
Starting pay begins at $52,416.00 per hour; exact wage determined by years of related experience Pay range: $52,416.00 - $78,644.80 per hour Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate $5,000 in relocation assistance for eligible candidates! Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in athletic training or related field required; Master's degree preferred. Certified Athletic Trainer certification required 2+ years of experience in athletic training setting preferred Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider cared required per established policy To be eligible for the relocation bonus you must accept a position that offers benefits and may not have worked for CentraCare in the last 9 months. Must currently reside more than 50 miles away and relocate to within 30 miles of primary work location within 120 days.
