Athletic Trainer (ATC) - Workplace Health Provider $10,000 Hiring Bonus offered with this position! Details shared upon offer. Job Title Workplace Health Provider (ATC) Rehabilitation Services Department + the work we do Job Summary The Workplace Health Provider (ATC) implements comprehensive onsite health services to clients. Services include early medical intervention services, workstation ergonomic evaluations, functional job analysis, training and educational presentations. Carries out responsibilities as directed. Job Setting We make it a priority to provide excellent support to the clients we serve, while collaborating a schedule to best accommodate our employees' needs as well as the needs of the department. Based at our Northfield Rehabilitation Services location, this position supports internal teams and partners with external business clients. Compensation We are committed to providing wage ranges for all open positions. Please note that the specific compensation for this role will be determined based on experience, education and internal equity considerations. The wage range for this position is $57,699.20-$81,452.80 annually. This range reflects the base salary for this position. Key Accountabilities Comprehensive On-Site health services: Early Medical Intervention Assessments Ergonomic Workstation Evaluations Training and Educational Presentations Conduct Functional Job Analysis-Develop work screen Conduct Post-Offer Employment Tests Conduct baseline audiometric testing Perform drug and alcohol testing Evaluate patients and develop work conditioning treatment plans Qualifications Certified through the Board of Certification (BOC) for Athletic Trainers Licensed by the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice A Bachelor's degree is required for certification prior to December 31, 2022. A Master s Degree is required for certification after January 1, 2023. Current BLS must be enrolled in
NH+C RQI
program and complete the requirements within 90 days of enrollment. Must remain current (complete quarterly assignments prior to the end of each calendar quarter) Complete required de-escalation and crisis prevention training upon hire and on an annual basis, including adherence to NH+C reporting standards, preparedness protocols, and response procedures. Workplace Violence education in New Employee Orientation and annually thereafter. Must be able to speak, read, and write English proficiently to ensure safe and effective communication in a healthcare environment.
