Occupational/Industrial Athletic Trainer The Occupational/Industrial Athletic Trainer is responsible for providing "Occupational Injury Prevention and Wellness Services" to clients, employees, and other patients under a supervising physician and in direct contact with Novant Health Employer Solutions/Occupational Medicine leadership and providers. The Occupational Athletic Trainer Responsibilites include: To provide appropriate preventative and post-injury treatment Instructs individuals on injury prevention techniques, job hazard analysis, ergonomic assessments, first aid and injury care. Demonstrates ability to perform the following functions regarding injuries: prevention, assessment, treatment (including first aid) and reconditioningSchedule:

Education:
4 Year / Bachelors Degree, required. Graduate Degree, preferred.Experience:
Minimum of 1-2 years collegiate or professional experience, recommended but not required.Licensure/Certification:
Current AT Licensure in appropriate state, required. Current BOC Certification, required. Additional Skills (required): Ability to successfully complete generic and department-specific skills validation and competency testing. Additional Skills (preferred): Hold or ability to holdCSCS, PES, XPS, CES
national certification(s). Ability to hold AHA BLS First Aid/CPR/AED Instructor certification.What You'll Do:
