Position Overview:
The Rising Workplace, a leading provider of on-site ergonomic and injury prevention services, is seeking an athletic trainer, occupational therapist, or physical therapist to provide injury prevention & ergonomic services for an industrial facility in Aurora, OH. This role involves providing on-site injury prevention services, ergonomic assessments, consultations, and OSHA first aid services for an industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver on-site injury prevention services, including ergonomic consultations and OSHA first aid Perform ergonomic assessments in both industrial and office environments Provide training sessions and group presentations on ergonomics and injury prevention Generate clear, thorough individual and site reports Stay current on research, tools, and products related to workplace ergonomics
Qualifications:
Degree in a related field from an accredited university (Athletic Training, Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist, etc.) (Preferred) Certification, credentials, or strong interest in ergonomics (Preferred) Familiarity with ergonomic assessment tools (e.g., D-2, RULA) Excellent communication skills, with confidence in public speaking and training delivery Strong report-writing skills and attention to detail

$65.00 per hour
