Certified Athletic Trainer Columbus, OH Job Details Part-time | Full-time From $50,000 a year 22 hours ago Benefits 401(k) Paid time off 401(k) matching Qualifications Collaborate with healthcare professionals CPR Certification Certified Athletic Trainer Full Job Description This position provides athletic training services in a clinical setting under the care of a supervising physician. Our clinic is a multi-disciplinary outpatient rehabilitation center consisting of 5 locations that provide active rehabilitation treatment to patients of all ages. Part-time to Full-time position available. Looking for Heath, Circleville, and Westerville to potentially travel to throughout the week.
Position Summary:
Primary responsibilities include administering individualized therapeutic intervention, monitors patients' progress and responses to therapy, reports progress and medical changes to supervising physician, documents patients' treatment per professional and regulatory standards. The Athletic Trainer will work within their scope of practice as outlined by the Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Athletic Trainers Board of the State of Ohio.
Qualifications:
Athletic Trainer licensure, certification and registration from the State of Ohio ( this is different than a personal trainer; must be a licensed Athletic Trainer) Ability to work collaboratively with physicians, healthcare providers and clinic staff Desire to be a team player in caring for patients within the clinic setting.
