Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree Health related field. Or equivalent education/experience Upon hire: Oregon Athletic Trainer License Upon hire: National Provider BLS

• American Heart Association Upon hire: BOC (Board of Certification of athletic trainer's membership) Upon hire: In compliance with company policy and state regulations, a Department of Human Services (DHS) criminal background check is required for this position (PL 540 and 580 only).
