Job Description

We're seeking a dedicated and proactive Athletic Trainer to support the health, safety, and performance of student-athletes at Lebanon School District. In this role, you'll provide comprehensive athletic training services, injury prevention education, evaluation and rehabilitation support, and medical coordination to help student-athletes perform at their highest level while maintaining their overall well-being.

Creating a safe and supportive athletic environment that prioritizes student-athlete health and wellness Preventing, evaluating, treating, and rehabilitating athletic injuries using evidence-based practices Providing consistent athletic training coverage for practices and competitions Maintaining a well-organized Athletic Training Clinic equipped to meet student-athlete needs Building strong relationships with coaches, physicians, families, and school staff to support student-athlete success
Required Qualifications:
Pennsylvania Athletic Trainer License Valid Board of Certification (BOC) Credential as a
Certified Athletic Trainer BOC-Compliant Emergency Cardiac Care Certification Your Impact:
As our Athletic Trainer, you'll have the opportunity to: Provide injury prevention, assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation services for student-athletes Coordinate and assist with pre-participation physical examinations and medical clearances Maintain accurate injury, treatment, and rehabilitation records Apply protective taping, bracing, and preventative care techniques as needed Educate student-athletes and coaches on injury prevention, safety, and proper equipment use Collaborate with physicians, school nurses, coaches, teachers, and families to support student-athlete health Oversee the operation, inventory, and budget needs of the Athletic Training Clinic Develop and supervise rehabilitation programs that help student-athletes safely return to participation

Work Environment:
You'll work in a fast-paced athletic setting supporting student-athletes across a variety of sports and activities. The position requires regular movement between athletic facilities, attendance at practices and competitions, operation of athletic training equipment, and the ability to respond effectively to athletic injuries and emergencies.
