- Midwest Preferred \u007C Full‑Time \u007C Daniels Health USA Join a Rapidly Growing Leader in Healthcare Waste Management Daniels Health is experiencing significant national growth across facilities, service areas, and fleet operations We are expanding our hazardous waste services rapidly across the United States This role is essential in shaping and scaling a best‑in‑class national driver training program Ideal for someone who thrives in a high‑growth, mission‑driven environment What You Will Do Create and deliver driver training programs aligned with DOT and EPA requirements Manage all initial and recurrent training schedules Conduct field evaluations, ride‑alongs, and driver skills assessments Coach drivers on safety, compliance, equipment use, and customer service Identify gaps in current driver practices and recommend improvements Collaborate with operations, safety, and hazardous waste teams on training priorities Serve as the organization's subject‑matter expert on hazardous waste driver responsibilities Travel 70-75% of the time across the U.
DOT/RCRA

"The pay range for this position is $79,292 to $113,723 salary. Actual compensation within this range will depend on factors unique to each candidate, such as prior experience, skill, certifications, and work location. Pay variations by location reflect local conditions and differences in the cost of labor.
