Job Overview We are seeking an engaging and highly motivated Athletic Trainer to join our team in a Sales and Retention driven role. While your athletic training background provides the foundation for understanding injuries and recovery, your primary focus will be helping patients clearly understand their recommended treatment plans and guiding them through the decision to begin care. This position is ideal for an Athletic Trainer who enjoys patient interaction, education, and relationship‑building—and prefers a communication‑focused role over hands‑on treatment. You will play a key role in helping patients commit to the care they need while supporting clinic growth and compliance. Key Responsibilities Present and explain treatment plans to personal injury new patients in a clear, confident, and compassionate manner. Utilize your athletic training expertise to help patients understand their injuries and the importance of following a structured plan. Guide patients through care expectations, timelines, and next steps to increase acceptance and follow‑through . Build trust and rapport with patients who may be feeling overwhelmed after an injury. Collaborate with chiropractors, medical providers, and operational staff to ensure smooth onboarding. Maintain accurate documentation on patient interactions, follow‑ups, and treatment plan conversions. Track and meet conversion goals , contributing directly to clinic performance. Serve as a knowledgeable liaison who can translate medical recommendations into patient‑friendly guidance. Support patient retention by checking in regularly and reinforcing the importance of completing their care plan. Qualifications & Experience Strong background in anatomy, injury recovery, and movement science—used here for patient education, not treatment. Prior experience in sales, patient coordination, customer service, or case management is a plus. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to motivate, educate, and reassure patients. Comfortable discussing injury recovery timelines and care expectations in a persuasive but ethical manner. Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple patient conversations and follow‑ups. 9AM- 12PM, Lunch Hour, 2PM
- 6PM Saturday 9-12
