We are seeking a part‑time Audiologist or Hearing Instrument Specialist to join our team as we continue to serve a rapidly increasing number of patients in the Little Rock community. This role will support our expanding schedule and help us maintain the high level of care our patients expect. The ideal candidate will be skilled in evaluating and treating hearing loss, comfortable working with patients across the lifespan, and committed to delivering an exceptional patient experience. A strong foundation in anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology is important, along with excellent communication and service‑oriented care. We are seeking someone available 2-3 days per week, with the option to work Saturdays if desired. Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive hearing evaluations and evidence‑based treatment recommendations for adult patients. Create individualized care plans that prioritize patient outcomes, communication needs, and long‑term hearing health. Perform diagnostic testing with accuracy and clinical confidence, including audiometry, immittance, and speech testing. Educate patients and families on results, treatment options, device technology, and realistic expectations. Fit, program, and verify hearing devices using best‑practice protocols, including real‑ear measurements. Collaborate with a supportive clinical and administrative team to ensure seamless patient care. Maintain clear, accurate, and compliant documentation within our EMR system. Stay current on advancements in hearing technology and clinical best practices across the five major manufacturers. Skills & Qualifications Strong clinical knowledge of auditory anatomy, physiology, and diagnostic protocols. Proficiency in patient assessment, case history intake, and treatment planning. Experience fitting and troubleshooting modern hearing technology from multiple manufacturers. Familiarity with Sycle or similar EMR systems (preferred but not required). Excellent interpersonal and communication skills — able to build trust and deliver an exceptional patient experience. Experience using MedRx equipment including REM Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment. Comfort working with adults of all ages. Commitment to professional growth and maintaining high clinical standards.
Pay:
$26.00 - $48.00 per hour
