Job Description

Open to full-time or part-time employment Happy Ears Hearing Center is a highly rated private practice with four locations across the Greater Phoenix area, dedicated to helping adults hear their best through compassionate care and audiology best practices. They are known for their upbeat, patient-focused environment, where providers genuinely enjoy what they do and help people reconnect through better hearing. Happy Ears offers a full scope of audiology services, including diagnostics, vestibular, tinnitus, and cochlear implant evaluations; however, the current opening is ideal for an Audiologist who truly loves working with hearing aids and finds joy in helping patients through the fitting and rehabilitation process.
Position Overview:
Happy Ears Hearing Center is seeking an Audiologist to join their Peoria location, serving a primarily adult patient base through diagnostics, hearing aid fittings, and rehabilitative care. The Audiologist will provide comprehensive diagnostic evaluations, hearing aid fittings, verification, and follow-up care. The practice places a strong emphasis on audiology best practices and provides the tools, training, and team support to help each provider deliver care at the highest standard. Key Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive diagnostic hearing evaluations. Fit, program, and verify hearing aids using Real Ear Measurements Provide tinnitus and aural rehabilitation services Conduct vestibular and cochlear implant assessments as needed Maintain accurate documentation and patient records Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure continuity of care Educate and counsel patients and families on hearing aid use and hearing health
Requirements:
AuD or Master's degree in Audiology Current and unrestricted Arizona state license (or eligibility) Strong communication and counseling skills Commitment to audiology best practices and patient-first care Openness to learning new procedures (VEMP, CI, BAHA, tinnitus, etc.)
