Job Description

Category Schools - Audiologist Job Type Contract This full-time audiologist position offers an exciting opportunity to provide essential hearing services in a school setting within the Riverside, CA area. This itinerant role involves traveling between schools to support students' audiological needs, ensuring they have the best resources for their educational success.
Position Details:
Location:
Riverside, California (Itinerant within the Riverside area)
Schedule:
Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Workdays:
8-hour days with a 30-minute lunch break
Contract Duration:
Immediate start through the end of the school year (2nd week of June)
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct hearing assessments and screenings for students. Develop and implement individualized hearing intervention plans. Provide support and consultation to educators, students, and parents. Manage and maintain audiological equipment and records. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to support student success. Travel between assigned schools within the Riverside area as required.
Qualifications and Experience:
Valid audiology certification and licensure appropriate for school settings. Experience working in educational environments preferred. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with students, families, and staff. Ability to manage multiple school locations and maintain organized documentation.
